How It Works
Step 1: Meet With Our Team
Connect with a member of our team to discuss your health history, weight loss goals, and determine if our program is the right fit for you.

Step 2: Complete Your Medical Evaluation
You will receive a secure telemedicine link to complete your comprehensive medical consultation with a licensed Nurse Practitioner through Qualiphy. (A $40 evaluation fee applies, which is fully waived if you qualify and choose to begin treatment).

Step 3: Medical Review & Approval
The Nurse Practitioner will review your medical history, current medications, and overall health status to safely approve and prescribe your customized therapy.

Step 4: Medication Shipped Directly to You
Once approved, your prescription is processed and shipped directly to your home with detailed instructions and all necessary injection supplies for self-administration.

Pricing varies based on medication type, dosage, and treatment plan.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for treatment, patients must meet the following minimum BMI requirements:
Traditional Weight Loss Dosing

BMI of 25 or greater

Microdosing Programs

BMI of 18.5 or greater

Please note that additional medical requirements apply. Certain medical conditions, medications, or health histories may make you ineligible for treatment. This is why the Nurse Practitioner consultation is required prior to starting therapy.

Consultation Fee Policy
A $40 medical consultation fee applies for the Nurse Practitioner evaluation.

If you qualify and choose to begin treatment, the $40 consultation fee is waived.
If you do not qualify for treatment based on medical criteria, the $40 consultation
fee will be charged.
If you qualify but choose not to proceed with treatment, the $40 consultation fee
will be charged.
