Full Laboratory Testing Through CPL

We partner with Clinical Pathology Laboratories, also known as CPL, to process our standard laboratory testing. Blood is collected in our office and securely sent to CPL for analysis.


Most CPL results are available within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the specific tests ordered.

  • Comprehensive metabolic testing
  • Thyroid panels
  • Hormone testing
  • Vitamin and mineral levels 
  • Cholesterol and lipid panels

Your provider will help determine which tests are most appropriate based on your symptoms, health history, wellness goals, and current treatment plan.

SpectraCell Micronutrient Testing

We also offer advanced micronutrient testing through SpectraCell Laboratories

We also offer advanced micronutrient testing through SpectraCell Laboratories. This comprehensive testing provides a more detailed look at your body’s nutritional status and may evaluate how well your cells are utilizing essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other nutrients.


SpectraCell results are typically available within approximately 15–20 business days.

    Laboratory testing must be ordered and reviewed by an authorized medical provider. Some specific tests may require fasting or special preparation; our team will provide you with all necessary instructions prior to your scheduled appointment.

    Step 1: Consult & Determine Your Panels

    Meet with our team to discuss your current symptoms, health history, and wellness goals. Your provider will help determine exactly which standard or customized lab panels are right for you.


    Step 2: Your In-Office Blood Draw

    Relax in our office while a trained medical professional completes your blood draw quickly and comfortably. We ensure all samples are securely processed and sent to the respective laboratory immediately.


    Step 3: Medical Review & Analysis

    Once the laboratory analyzes your samples (2–5 days for CPL, 15–20 days for SpectraCell), your authorized medical provider will thoroughly review your results to evaluate your markers.


    Step 4: Build Your Personalized Wellness Plan

    Meet back with your provider to review your findings. Together, you will map out a customized treatment strategy—which may include nutritional adjustments, targeted supplements, or clinical therapies—to optimize your overall health.

Good Faith Exam Requirement

Important Update: As of September 1st, The Med Spa Of Kingwood requires all patients receiving medical treatments- including Botox, fillers, dermagel, PRP, chemical peels, IV therapy, vitamin shots, laser services, and more- to complete a Good Faith Exam with our nurse practitioner.


This medical clearance is required by the state of Texas, is valid for one year, and covers all services. A $30 fee is due at the time of your exam.
